Kids in Motion (45 Minutes) : 3-5 Years
3 - 5 year olds participate in this course as independent students, able to remain focused on the activity at hand, and follow simple directions from a respected teacher. Basic safety rules and class structure is learned, as well as self-discipline, movement concepts, and enjoyment of physical activity.
Boys Momentum Course (1 Hour) : Boys 5-14 Years
A cross training fitness course for boys, designed to boost cardio and muscular endurance, as well as strength and agility. This course includes training for basic sports concepts, tumbling, and hand-eye coordination. Team activities and cooperative games encourage social awareness and strengthen social skills. Boys will be challenged on an individual level, and encouraged to increase their athletic skills, strength, and coordination.
Kinetic Enrichment Camp (3 Hours) : 3½-5 Years
Choose 1-4 Days per week. Full Session Tuition discount is 5%
Kinetic Enrichment Camp is a half day camp program designed to enrich our students in 3 areas of development: physical, social, and educational, in preparation for kindergarten. Each day includes a movement class, peanut-free snack (provided by parents), educational activities for preschoolers, and more! Community socialization in an independent setting is emphasized. Monthly tuition is calculated by daily attendance per week:

Mini Backhandspring Bootcamp (1 Hour) : 5-12 Years
Mini Backhandspring Bootcamp is all about learning a backhandspring! Students will learn proper tumbling techniques and safety guidelines as they build their strength, flexibility, coordination, and basic skills - all working toward the goal of doing a backhandspring without a spotter and without an injury! Our positive, encouraging atmosphere is focused on hard work and building confidence.
Backhandspring Bootcamp (1 Hour) : 12-18 Years
Backhandspring Bootcamp is all about learning a backhandspring and beyond! Students will learn proper tumbling techniques and safety guidelines as they build their strength, flexibility, coordination, and basic skills - all working toward the goal of doing a backhandspring without a spotter and without an injury! Our positive, encouraging atmosphere is focused on hard work and building confidence. Already doing a backhandspring? Our coaches are experts on flips and twists, too!
Tuck and Twist Bootcamp (1 Hour) : 12-18 Years
Power Tumbling Bootcamp is all about PERFECTING powerful roundoff backhandsprings and flipping skills with expert tumbling coaches! Students will perfect proper tumbling techniques as they build their strength, flexibility, coordination - all working toward the goal of doing a back tuck, layout, and full twisting layout without a spotter and without an injury! Our positive, encouraging atmosphere is focused on hard work and building confidence in small groups of 6 students MAX.
Toddler Movement (45 Minutes) : Walking - 3 Years
A basic movement education course for toddlers with the assistance of a caregiver. Course includes an introduction to basic movements through fun songs and simple concepts, as well as early social skills and vocabulary. Siblings are welcome at 50% tuition, with a limit of 2 siblings up to age 4.
Kinetic Athletic Velocity (1 Hour) : 12 - 22 Years
Velocity is a cross-training fitness course for teenagers and college students focused on exploring human movement. The focus is uninterrupted, efficient motion, with proper technique to encourage injury prevention and safety. The movement combines tumbling, running, jumping, climbing, and more complex movement combinations. Class focus is strength, flexibility, balance, rolling, and inverted movement.
Summer Tumbling Camp
A 1/2 day camp for tumblers from 1:00 - 4:00 Monday - Friday. Major skill focus on cartwheel, handstand, roundoff, backhandspring, roundoff backhandspring, front handspring, front and back tucks, layouts, and twisting layouts. Campers bring a water bottle and a snack. Activities include core tumbling workouts, open tumbling time, and open gym. Camp Show Friday at 3:30pm. Peanut Free Snack should be brought from home.
Summer 2018 ½ Day Camps : 3-10 Years
A 1/2 day camp for pre-k and home schooled children ages 3-10 years from 9:00am - 12:00pm Monday - Friday. Campers bring a peanut-free snack. Each week has a fantastic fun theme around which we move and learn. Activities include gymnasium workouts, crafts, games, and open gym time. Camp Show Friday at 11:30 am.
